Keep a record of your child's deworming doses and the next due date.
In Nepal, routine deworming (albendazole) is generally recommended every 6 months for children from about 1–2 years of age, often through school and community programmes. Always follow your doctor's or health worker's advice on dose and timing.
This guide is for general information only and is adapted from BabyCo / Birat Baby Wellness Centre resources. Every child develops differently. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice — always consult your doctor or child health nurse about your child's health.
